Western North Carolina Offers many fresh water lakes that are crystal clear. This is a picture of Lake Nantahala which is a deep cold water lake. Most of our lakes are know for good fishing, but the Nantahala is in all the Fly Fishiing enthusist magazines. The Hiawassee River close by is also one of the best for Fly Fishermen and women.
